Ignited

Ignited, formerly Industry Initiatives for Science and Math Education (IISME), promotes a partnership between industry and the education system by placing qualified math and science teachers in high-performance summer work projects that provide income, practical experience, laboratory skills, and access to a broader professional community. In 2011 we developed an elaborate candidate-matching system whereby program candidates complete an extensive profile that then proceeds through a set of automated and manual steps to be paired with a sponsor organization. The system made heavy use of Drupal rules to automate and streamline the process. For over a decade since we’ve worked closely with their team, providing ongoing design and development, maintenance, and support.
