HowlRound Theatre Commons is a performing arts knowledge commons: an online platform for theatremakers worldwide that amplifies progressive, disruptive ideas about theatre as an art form and facilitates the connections between diverse practitioners. We helped them define their statement of mission, vision and values, worked with them to design a new logo and brand identity, then reimagined, redesigned and rebuilt their flagship website to provide their community with new ways to engage and collaborate. Throughout the process, they maintained a particular focus on accessibility, and we incorporated feedback from third-party accessibility specialists into our work on the site. That commitment to accessibility has continued as we've worked with them on design and functionality updates in the years since.
