The West Oakland Job Resource Center transforms the lives of low-income, under-served residents of Oakland and the East Bay, particularly West Oakland, through family-sustaining careers in the construction building trades, and transportation, distribution, and logistics sectors. They offer job placement, financial education workshops, mentoring and retention programs, and other support services to help workers succeed. We're currently supporting their migration from paper-based client tracking system to a CRM so they can better track their program participants and report on their progress.
