We can help you choose an email platform, segment your lists, design and build templates, evaluate your results, and develop integrations between the many different places you may work with your data. 

Of course, a new data system is only useful if you know how to use it. We'll provide hands-on training for your team, showing them how to get what they need. We know that data transitions can be challenging, so we'll take it a step at a time, to keep things humane for everyone. (Of course, if we have to make a big change all at once, we can do that, too.)

Once we've done our work, we'll be here to provide strategy, support and development for years to come.

Whatever the state of your data, we can get it where it needs to be. Whether you've got a few spreadsheets, a labyrinthine legacy system, or a little bit of everything, we'll script and test an import to get the data where you can use it. We're active partners in the process, invested in truly understanding your data and how it's used so that we can help you adjust to a new system.

We've got experience with a wide range of CRMs, email systems, data integrations, DIY databases, etc. We have a lot of opinions about their strengths and weaknesses, and we know how to evaluate them if they're new. 

We work a lot with Salesforce (and its vast ecosystem of apps), whether we're setting you up from a pristine new account or taking over an instance that's been languishing since that one volunteer set it up. We also support a lot of organizations using CiviCRM, the open-source content management system that does a little bit of everything, and integrates directly with your website. We even love a good pseudo-database, like Airtable, and we can help with custom CRMs built into your CMS or cobbled together from spreadsheets. We've worked with Hubspot, Classy, Little Green Light, ActionKit, Action Network, Network for Good, sorta-CRMs-but-not-really Shopify stores, clunky old Convio instances, and more.
